    Officials have made an arrest in connection with a five car crash that left one driver dead.

    Isis M. Cesar, 36, was taken into custody Tuesday for the May 9 crash on NW 7th Street and 47th Avenue in Miami.

    The imapct of the crash killed 71-year-old Juan Liriano.

    Jail records show Cesar was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Wednesday morning without bond on DUI manslaughter charges.
