Adults 55 and older are getting together as part of the Free Active Adults Program.

Seniors in Miami-Dade are playing tennis, doing yoga, walking together and dancing.

Groups of adults 55 and older are getting together as part of the Free Active Adults Program offered to Miami-Dade residents.

The program, which encourages a variety of recreational activities, is being offered at 14 Miami-Dade Parks locations.

As part of the programs, the seniors will be going on excursions to local art museums, concerts, sporting events, and attractions such as Zoo Miami, the Redlands Fruit and Spice Park and the Deering Estate at Cutler.
