Dangerous Penis Pills Yanked From Shelves

South Florida company recalls Love Fuel

Love Fuel has run out of gas.

The dietary supplement that promised to help men get it up is being pulled by the Pompano Beach company that manufactures it, the Sun-Sentinel reports today.

Atlas Operations, Inc. has apparently been using Sulfoaildenafil, an ingredient that's supposed to help with erectile dysfunction but makes the product an unapproved drug.

Apparently mixing Sulfoaildenafil with other medications can lead to a host of problems for people with diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.

A press release from the Food and Drug Administration said Atlas has voluntarily agreed to yank the pills, which the Love Fuel Website promised would "kick your libido into overdrive."

Atlas, which also makes Rock Hard, Sexual Surge, and Depth Charge, did not knowingly violate the law and takes the recall "very seriously," according to the FDA release.

A list of the recalled pills is here, and anyone who has them is urged not to use them.
