The body of a Miami man who was reported missing on the Fourth of July, has surfaced in Biscayne Bay.
Domingo Vilalta was on a boat Sunday night when he was allegedly pushed overboard near the Broad Causeway as two boats set off to celebrate the holiday on the bay.
Vilalta got into an argument with someone on one of the ships and that's when he was pushed into the water, said relatives, who didn't notice he was missing until after the boats had cast off.
The 22-year-old's family searched for the body Sunday night and all day Monday and turned up empty. The body was found Tuesday morning.
Miami-Dade homicide detectives are investigating the claims of Vilalta being pushed off the boat, but so far no charges have been filed.
