Missing Woman Opened Home to Homeless

Woman last seen with homeless couple on April. 30

A Broward County woman who mysteriously went missing this weekend had recently opened her home to a homeless couple, neighbors and police said Tuesday.

Jill Dornbush, 62, was last seen on April 30, but neighbors began to worry about the woman after not seeing her over the weekend. Then someone went to her Davie condo and found blood on her floor.

That's when the police were called in and neighbors told investigators about two homeless people often came to the house in recent months. Dornbush had befriended the couple, identified as Lazard Falco and Delia Pardon, at her job at McDonald's.

Falco is 48 and Pardon is 57. They are being called persons of interests right now and not suspects.

Police are searching for the two homeless people, Dornbush and her 2006 light blue Honda Civic.

On April 30, Dornbush was with the homeless couple at a nearby Walgreens, according to surveillance footage from the store.

Anyone with information about Dornbush's disappearance should contact Detective Jeff Corns at 954-693-8200 or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477).
