Sapp Slapped With Citation by Cop in Swaggerwagon

The former 'Cane was issued a ticket for aggressive driving

What's worse than being pulled over by a cop? Being pulled over by a cop in the vehicle of choice for soccer moms.

Eight months after former University of Miami football player Warren Sapp was arrested for a domestic violence dispute Super Bowl weekend - and later cleared of the charges due to inconsistencies in the victim's statement - the Tampa Bay Buc/Oakland Raider alum was slapped with a traffic ticket Thursday morning.

Sapp told TMZ that he got the flashing lights when he and a minivan driving (at least the officer wasn't on a Segway) cop both tried to move into the middle lane at the same time.

Sapp was given a citation for aggressive driving -- as if there's any other kind in Miami -- and sent on his way, but we hope he waited to get wherever he was going to Tweet this: "Ever been pulled over by a Mini-Van? I just did."
