Two University of Miami students returning from the Miami Heat game were robbed at gunpoint last night, putting the school's campus on lockdown, police said.

Students Christian Rivera and Aaron Kurz were crossing Ponce de Leon Boulevard near the metrorail station around 10:30 p.m. when three men approached them. One of the men pointed a gun at them and the two sophomores handed over their money, IDs and credit cards.

"They walked off as if nothing happened," Rivera told the Miami Hurricane campus newspaper.

Police placed the campus on lockdown, but students told the paper they did not receive any information through the school's Emergency Notification Network.

The three suspects were busted a short time later by Coral Gables police after students overheard the three guys bragging about what they just stolen at a nearby CVS Pharmacy, according to WSVN.

In the possession of the suspects were a black handgun used in the robbery, a ski mask, brass knuckles and the loot they took from the students.

The three suspects -- Felipe Bugueno, Michael Wasson and Andre Jones, all 17 years old -- were charged with robbery and grand theft.
