One person was killed and another hospitalized after a shooting at an Oakland Park home Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
Broward Sheriff's Office deputies and a SWAT team responded to a call of shots fired at a home in the 3200 block of Northwest 6th Avenue just before 3:45 p.m., authorities said.
When SWAT entered the home, one person was found dead and another injured. The injured person was airlifted to Broward Health Medical Center where their condition was unknown.
The incident remains under investigation.
