Excited drivers lined up for blocks in the hopes of getting some free gas during a 10,000 gallon giveaway in Pembroke Pines this morning.

Hundreds flocked to the Chevron at University Drive and Pines Blvd., honking their horns and cheering as they filled their tanks for free as part of a promotion by the Paul and Young Ron radio show.

Anyone who showed up with a working car got $25 worth of gas, along with free car washes and free food.

Some lucky dudes even got to chat with some of the dancers from Goldrush strip club, who came over to help out with the promotion and pump gas for patrons.

The promotion started at 7 a.m., and cars were lined up before it even began.

"Today's payday, I'm getting free gas and I went in there, didn't know they were giving free gas. Thank you," said Brenda Durbin, who gassed up her SUV.

The promotion cost the show and co-sponsor "Mobile Mike" around $30,000, according to the Miami Herald. There will be a second free gas promotion in two weeks in Miami-Dade.
