Mohamed Azab Youssef, 39, Artur Schaback, 28, and Ivan Suhharev, 28, were arrested Friday after witnesses reported seeing the men pointing an AR-15 firearm toward the street from an apartment balcony, police say.

According to Miami Beach Police, Schaback walked outside the apartment onto the balcony holding an AR-15 in his hands while wearing a mask over his face.
