Three people were hospitalized after a four-car crash in Miami Friday afternoon.
The crash was reported near Northwest 36th Street and 22nd Avenue and involved a women being ejected from a medical van.
Miami Police said the 72-year-old woman who was ejected was in critical condition. Two other people were hospitalized.
A bus bench was struck as a result of the crash but it appears no one was on the bench at the time, police said.
Witnesses said the van ran a red light just before the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
