Six teens were in police custody after an overnight chase through two Miami-Dade cities that caused quite the commotion Tuesday morning.
Hialeah Police say the suspects - three males and three females - were in a van that was involved in an armed robbery around 2:30 a.m. The vehicle was later spotted by police and a chase ensued which ended when the van crashed into a police car in Hialeah Gardens near NW 103rd Street and 80th Court.
The officer in that car suffered minor injuries and police closed 103rd Street between 80th and 82nd Avenues for several hours as their investigation continues.
