No. 2 - An argument between a motorcyclist and a group of bicyclists on the Rickenbacker Causeway ended with a shooting that left a cyclist dead and the suspected gunman out of jail.
The cyclist, identified as Alex Palencia, was taken to a nearby hospital and later died. The motorcyclist, Kadel Pierdahita, was detained for questioning but was released Wednesday night.
No. 3 - Hollywood Police have arrested a 16-year-old former high school student who they say posted a video on social media showing him pulling out a gun in a classroom and pointing it at other students.
The teen, a former student at McArthur High School, was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon after multiple people reported that he posted a photo and video with a threatening caption asking whether or not to "carry my pistol with me like last year," police said.

No. 4 - A man accused of shooting six Philadelphia police officers during a standoff that lasted more than seven hours has surrendered to police.
NBC Philadelphia was there as a member of the SWAT team shot tear gas into the home on North 15th and Butler streets around midnight. The suspect, identified by police as 36-year-old Maurice Hill of Philadelphia, then walked out of the home and was taken into custody by police.
No. 5 - Miami Dolphins receiver Kenny Stills says he and team owner Stephen Ross have agreed to disagree.
Last week Stills objected to Ross hosting a fundraiser for President Donald Trump, and said there was a contradiction in the Dolphins owner supporting both the president and racial equality. Following a team practice Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Stills said he recently spoke with Ross about the matter.
No. 6 - The federal government is proposing to strip the tiny Key deer of its endangered species status despite what environmentalists say are continuing threats to the animal due to development in the Florida Keys, its only known habitat.
The deer is America's smallest, growing to about 30 inches at the shoulder, and has become a tourist attraction in the Keys. Its numbers are currently estimated at about 600, up from as low as a couple dozen in the 1950s.
