A potentially dangerous discovery was made in the Miami's popular Midtown neighborhood during Hurricane Irma last weekend.
A meth lab along with hazardous materials were left abandoned inside a building along Biscayne Boulevard.
Miami Fire Rescue's Hazmat team responded to the scene Monday to pluck out the dangerous items from inside the meth lab, officials tweeted. The criminal activity taking place next to the famous Bacardi Building on 21st Street.
Detectives and Hazmat crews were tight-lipped about the what was discovered inside the lab. An investigation is underway.
