An armed man stole an undisclosed amount of cash and transaction receipts from a Davie grocery store last month while another prevented a customer from fleeing the scene, officials said.
One man took the cash and receipts while the other dragged a customer back into Los Paisas Groceries on June 27. Authorities are still searching for the two men.
The first man walked behind the counter, displayed his gun and pushed the clerk aside before stealing the cash.
The other man pointed his gun at the customer, who first tried to bat the gun away and flee. The customer was grabbed by the back of his shirt, dragged back into the store and thrown to the ground.
