Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects who carried out an armed robbery at a Pompano Beach 7-Eleven.

The crime happened at 403 E. Atlantic Blvd. just after 2 a.m. last Friday, the Broward Sheriff's Office said.

Surveillance footage captured one suspect jumping over the counter and trying to open the register. A second robber, whose face is visible before he covers it with a T-shirt, pointed a gun at a store clerk and ordered him to the ground, deputies said.
