Authorities gave the all-clear after checking on a bomb threat at Homestead Hospital Tuesday, the Homestead Police Department told NBC 6 South Florida.
Authorities had said there was an active bomb threat but nothing was found. Officials continue to the threat.
There were no evacuations as of 10:53 a.m.
