Maria Chrysson is back behind bars after turning herself in at the Ft. Lauderdale police department today.
Looking a little more casual than for Wednesday's Miami appearance, Maria Chrysson, aka the Beauty Bandit, showed up for court in Broward for her Broward wearing black leggings, a black top and flip-flops.
Chrysson -- who was arrested last week and booked at a Miami-Dade jail on charges of grand theft and possession of fraudulent identification after allegedly stealing Botox and other cosmetic treatments from two dermatologists -- was granted permission by a Miami-Dade judge to be taken off house arrest in order to face similar charges in Broward.
Though Chrysson has admitted to ripoffs in Miami - which she bragged about on her Facebook page and on NBCMiami articles about her - she denies the Fort Lauderdale theft.
Doctor Shino Bay Aguillera, the doctor she allegedly stole from, begs to differ.
"I have fingerprints, I have her face, I created those cheeks that she's sporting now. I know her face really well," Aguillera said. Though he's upset, Aguillera also expressed sympathy for the plastic surgery-obsessed woman.
"The only thing I keep telling myself is [this is] what needed to happen for her to change her life."
When asked before she headed into court why, at the age of 29, she would even want or need Botox, Chrysson simply replied, "those are all accusations."
As for all the attention, Chrysson's lawyer, Daniel Lurvey, said he doesn't think she's enjoying it right now.
"She's very upset about this," Lurvey said. "Her family came down from North Carolina, and it's a ver difficult situation and she's not happy about it at all."
