Boca Raton Youth Baseball Coach Arrested For Child Pornography: BSO

A Coral Springs man who coaches youth baseball for the city of Boca Raton was arrested and charged with various counts of child pornography, according to the Broward County Sheriff's Office.

BSO deputies traced child pornography images to an IP address belonging to Daniel Scott Saull at 11560 Northwest 56th Drive, Apartment 107, in Coral Springs.

On January 9, deputies entered the home and found Saull as the only occupant of the home.

Deputies interviewed Saull, during which he admitted to searching for and downloading child porn.

Officials discovered a thumb drive with at least 24 child pornography images. A computer inside Saull's home revealed hundreds of file names indicative of child pornography.

Police also found two grams of marijuana inside a pill bottle, as well as two glass pipes containing cannabis residue.

Saull is reportedly a youth baseball coach for the City of Boca Raton. His name also allegedly came up during another child porn investigation in 2004, according to official documents.

Saull has been charged with 24 counts of possessing child pornography, 1 count of compiling computer pornography, and faces additional charges related to the marijuana found in his home.

It is now known if Saull has hired an attorney.
