A body has been found in mangroves on Miami Beach near Ocean Drive between 3rd and 4th Street, police said Monday.
A man who found the body told NBC 6 that the male victim, who is homeless, had been sick.
The two were coworkers, and the man said he found the victim in an area where he was known to stay.
