Police gave an all clear after a bomb squad responded to Miami International Airport Wednesday to investigate a package that set off an explosive detective machine.

The incident was reported in a cargo area at Building 702, Miami-Dade Police said. No buildings were evacuated, police said.

Several nearby roads were closed in the area to provide access to the Miami-Dade Police's bomb unit.

Airport officials said Miami-Dade Police gave the all clear around 1 p.m.
