Fire rescue at Miami International Airport.

A bomb squad gave the all-clear after responding to Miami International Airport to investigate a package that set off an explosive detective machine Friday, authorities said.

The incident was reported in the cargo area of Air Canada at building 701, Miami-Dade Police said.

Employees in the affected area were evacuated and several nearby roads were closed, police said.

No other information was immediately available.

A similar incident happened Wednesday at building 702 at the airport, but was unfounded.
