Broward Transit said a bomb threat was made to one of its buses in Miami Gardens Thursday.

The bus pulled into a Greyhound lot off NW 7th Avenue and the Golden Glades interchange after the threat was made, according to Miami Gardens Police.

Officers from that department, the Florida Highway Patrol and Miami-Dade Police all responded to the scene, with Miami-Dade Police taking over the investigation.

Police closed the area, with the FHP diverting traffic around NW 12th Avenue off the Palmetto Expressway.
