A boy was pulled from a Pompano Beach swimming pool and transported to the hospital as a near drowning, the Broward Sheriff's Office said.
The incident occured at 613 N.E. 3rd St. on Saturday night around 8:20 p.m., the sheriff's office said.
The child, who was in critical condition, appeared to be about 9 years old, and he was taken to Broward Health Medical Center.
