Boynton Beach Mother-Daughter Duo Say Police Allegation They're Prostitutes Is Bogus

They admit to running a provocative massage business out of their apartment

An Internet ad in the female escort section on backpage.com is getting two escorts in trouble.

"What they're doing to me is really, really wrong," said Ramona Ramoutar, 43. She and her 24-year-old daughter, Daniella Sinanan, admit to running a provocative massage business out of their apartment in Boynton Beach near Gateway Boulevard and Congress Avenue.

They said the police allegation that they're prostitutes is bogus.

"Just because me and my mom have male guys come and hang out with us that does not mean anything sexual goes on,” Sinanan said. Asked if they were giving massages, she said, “Yeah, we were doing body rubs.”

But police said they were doing prostitution, and their Internet ad got the attention of investigators.

The text portion of the ad offers “2 for 1” specials. It also says the ladies love to “have a lot of fun” and they promise to “rock your world.”

The women recently got a shoutout on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

"Police in Boynton Beach, Florida arrested a mother and a daughter for offering a two for one escort service," Leno said during his opening monologue. "Can you imagine a mother and daughter, here's the worst part, since it's Florida the mother is 97 and the daughter is 75," he said.

Investigators first arrested the pair in July after an undercover officer responded to the ad.
The ladies said they made a deal with police not to have massage customers go to the apartment and to be confidential drug informants.

In exchange, they said, prostitution charges against them were dropped.

But they were charged after an arrest last week, when police said the pair, again, propositioned an investigator for sex.

"You know what, they can bring it on. I'm ready, I'm ready," said Ramoutar.

Each faces one count of solicitation of prostitution.
