    A malfunction caused the crane to tip over.

    A power company bucket truck tipped over and hit several student cars at Keiser University Tuesday, a spokeswoman said.

    An employee of the company was taken to the hospital for observation, said Kelly Lane of Keiser University.

    The truck was changing lights in the parking lot of Keiser’s main campus at 1500 NW 49th St. in Fort Lauderdale when a malfunction caused the vehicle to tip over, Lane said.
