Carnival, Florida Panthers Among 40 Companies Attending Mega Job Fair

The Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers, ALDI and GEICO will be among the 40 companies attending the South Florida mega job fair in Sunrise on Thursday morning.

Recruiters will be holding interviews for more than 2,500 jobs at the BB&T Center between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The event and parking outside the arena are both free.

Carnival Cruise Lines and the Florida Department of Health will also have representatives at the event hosted by JobNews USA.

The Dolphins are hoping to hire more than 200 Guest Experience Guides and 50 people to assist with parking during Dolphins and University of Miami football games.

The Panthers will be conducting interviews for account executives, creative directors, hockey directors and reporters. Full time positions include season tickets for home hockey games.

Carnival is interviewing for more than 50 vacation planner positions based in Miramar. ALDI is seeking manager trainees, shift managers and store associates to work in several South Florida locations.

Tiffany Price, the company’s senior project manager, said those planning to attend should "treat the event like an interview with over 40 of the top employers in South Florida."
