A local animal rescue group is asking for the public's help to find who tied a rope around a cat's neck in Hollywood.
Undercats4Life said a homeowner in Hollywood notified them that a cat was under a car with a rope tied tightly around his neck. The group rescued the cat and brought it to a veterinarian.
The cat has since undergone two surgeries for extensive injuries he sustained to his neck. The cat's eye was also damaged, as the skin around the eye was pulled tightly back due to the rope.
