A cement truck spill Friday morning is still causing traffic back-ups on a Miami highway this afternoon.
The truck spilled cement on Interstate 395 around 8 a.m., on the westbound exit to I-95. All lanes were temporarily shut down.
Two left lanes are still shut down as crews work to clean up the spilled cement. It is not clear when the lanes will be re-opened to traffic.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid potential delays.
