A Clearwater man was arrested for possessing child pornography and photos showing sexual encounters with animals, officials said.
Eric Manuel Antunes, 29, admitted to authorities he downloaded and viewed images of child porn on his computer, the Clearwater Police Department said.
Police found nine photos and one video of child pornography on Antunes’ computer after receiving a tip, according to a release.
Authorities also found images of bestiality on the Antunes’ cell phone that showed sexual encounters with animals, a spokesperson with the police department said.
Antunes was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and animal cruelty, according to the report.
He was released from Pinellas County Jail on bond early Thursday morning though the bond amount was not readily available, jail officials said.
It was not immediately known if Antunes had an attorney.
