Police are hoping surveillance video will help them capture a man they say is tailing people in order to steal from them.
In the video from May 31, a man is seen walking up to a car parked in South Miami. He breaks a window, then goes into the car and steals two laptop computers.
Those computers had been purchased earlier that day at the Apple store in Dadeland Mall.
Police believe the burglar followed the victims from the mall to South Miami.
And investigators think the thief has probably done this before.
