Coral Springs Man Rescued from Fire: Police

When firefighters arrived to the Coral Springs home, a man was hanging out of the window in the second floor, police said.

A Coral Springs man was rescued by firefighters after his house caught fire Monday, police said.

When firefighters arrived to the home in the 8800 block of West Sample Road, a man in his late 20s was trapped and hanging out the window in the second floor, Coral Springs Police said.

Firefighters used a ladder and gave the man an oxygen mask, as they helped him out. The man suffered from smoke inhalation, police said.

According to police, the fire was not big but it created a lot of smoke. The cause of the fire remains unknown.
