Missing Coral Springs Siblings Found Safe in Deerfield Beach: Police

Three Coral Springs siblings who were reported missing have been found safe in Deerfield Beach, according to police.

The children were last seen with their father, Mario Ruggiero, 46, who police believe was near the area of the Festival Flea Market Mall in Pompano around noon Wednesday.

They say they found the children, 9-year-old Gaetano, 8-year-old Domenic, and 4-year-old Nia, with their father in a Deerfield Beach motel early Monday.

Police say Ruggiero will not be facing any charges, as there was no written custodial agreement from the courts. Ruggiero and his estranged wife have a verbal agreement on custody of the children.

The children have been returned to their mother.
