Miami-Dade Fire Rescue was responding to a gas leak in Kendall on Tuesday.

A 2-inch gas lins was cut next to Loehmann's Plaza at 8525 Mills Drive, authorities said. People near the leak were being evacuated.

No one was injured.

Crews were working nearby may have punctured the line. They were working to repair it.
