Crooks Break in to Brickell Apartment Building: Police

What to Know

  • Two men broke into an apartment in Brickell in November.
  • The crooks made off with pricey electronics and jewelry.

Miami Police are investigating two burglaries that happened at an apartment building in Brickell.

Police said the incident happened on Thursday, November 16 at an apartment building located at the 1700 block of Southwest 2nd Avenue.

Detectives said the incident happened shortly after noon, where two men were caught on camera breaking the lock and kicking in the door to one of the apartments.

Once inside, police said the crooks stole pricey electronics and jewelry.

The crooks left the scene in a newer white Mercedes Benz C-Class 300.

Police are describing the crooks as:

Crook 1: Medium build, possibly Hispanic male, clean shaven, between 35-45 years-old, last seen wearing a white polo shirt, dark colored jeans and black sneakers with white soles.

Crook 2: Heavy built, possibly Hispanic male, full beard, between 30-40 years-old, last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and blue sneakers with white soles.
