Police are investigating after the body of a tow truck driver was found lying underneath the truck in Plantation Friday morning.
Officers responded to the scene near West Broward Boulevard and Northwest 81st Avenue shortly after 5:30 a.m. after someone called to say they saw the body.
According to police, it appears the driver was killed while either loading or unloading a vehicle.
He was later identified as 34-year-old Francisco Canjura, of Tamarac.
Police haven't identified the victim or released any other information.
