Deerfield Beach Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Children: BSO

A Deerfield Beach man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed and fondled himself in front of children.

Durell Quimbley, 30, faces three charges of lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim younger than 16, according to arrest records.

According to the report, a child and two of his friends claim that Quimbley exposed himself and fondled himself while standing outside a window of the boy's residence on Monday.

The child said Quimbley called out a nickname one of the children goes by, and asked them to come outside and touch him.

The children called a relative over toward the front door, and Quimbley walked away toward the street. According to the report, the victims informed the relative of what happened and called police.

Quimbley admitted to talking to the children, but denied the accusations.

All three of the victim's parents intent to press charges against Quimbley, according to the report.

Jail records indicate that Quimbley was ordered held without bond Wednesday.

Records did not indicate whether Quimbley has hired an attorney.
