Delray Beach Police Trying to Identify Women Who Stole Wallets From Walmart, Marshalls

Suspects used a distraction technique, police say

The Delray Beach Police Department released photos of two women they said are suspects in two thefts.

The women used a distraction technique to steal a wallet from a purse in a Boynton Beach Walmart and a Delray Beach Marshalls, according to police.

The items from the wallets were used to buy goods from a local gas station, police said.

Police did not release specific details about when and where the theft and fraud occurred, and did not immediately respond to an email Wednesday.
