The Delray Beach Police Department released photos of two women they said are suspects in two thefts.

The women used a distraction technique to steal a wallet from a purse in a Boynton Beach Walmart and a Delray Beach Marshalls, according to police.

The items from the wallets were used to buy goods from a local gas station, police said.

Police did not release specific details about when and where the theft and fraud occurred, and did not immediately respond to an email Wednesday.

Police are asking anyone with information on identifying the suspects to call 561-243-7800.
