While the Democrats continue their convention this week in Philadelphia, the Republican Party’s presidential nominee is on the campaign trail and spending time in South Florida.
After attending an event at the Doral resort bearing his name Tuesday night, Donald Trump met with supporters and the media Wednesday while continuing his attacks on his opponent in November’s general election, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Trump even went so far as to tell Russia, who has been accused by the Democrats of being behind the massive email leak recently regarding the party’s involvement in the Presidential primaries, that they should search for more of her emails that are reportedly missing from private servers used when she was with the State Department.
The event was closed to the public, as both supporters and protestors were outside of the Trump National Resort while the candidate covered a variety of topics.
Trump National Doral was in the spotlight recently when the signature event held there, the WGC-Cadillac Championship golf tournament, was moved to Mexico City.
