Doral Spa Facing Two More Sex Assault Suits

Two more women claim they were assaulted during massages at ritzy retreat

Two more women are set to file lawsuits against the Doral Golf Resort and Spa claiming they were sexually assaulted during spa treatments at the luxury Miami retreat.

Attorney Jeffrey Herman, who has already filed lawsuits against the resort on behalf of two other women who claim they were assaulted during treatments, is representing the two women is the latest lawsuits.

He says both were assaulted in 2010, but didn't discuss the details of the abuses in a written statement released Tuesday. Herman will discuss the new lawsuits during a Tuesday afternoon news conference.

In early February, 27-year-old massage therapist David Munoz was arrested on sexual battery charges after he reportedly assaulted a woman during a January massage session.

A week later, a second woman came forward claiming she was sexually assaulted by Doral Spa worker John J. Pacheco during a massage last summer.

NBC Miami reached out to Doral for comment but they haven't responded.
