    The area of the Miami Rental Car Center was evacuated Wednesday as police investigated a suspicious item there.

    Authorities said they have given the all-clear at the Miami Rental Car Center after an investigation into a suspicious item there.

    A note that was left in a car said there was a bomb inside it, but police determined that it wasn't true, Miami-Dade Police said.

    Suspicious Package Blown Up At Miami Courthouse

    The incident prompted the evacuation of the area of the car center, located at 3900 NW 25th St. across from Miami International Airport, police said.

    Miami-Dade Fire Rescue also responded to the scene, aerial footage showed.

    All-Clear After Suspicious Device Found in Hollywood

    Passengers were let back in the garage after the incident was resolved, police said.
