FBI Searching for Suspect in Tamarac Bank Robbery

The FBI is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a Tamarac bank robbery.

The robbery took place today at approximately 9:55 a.m. at a BB&T bank branch, located at 4211 W. Commercial Blvd in Tamarac, Florida.

The accused robber entered the bank, displayed a weapon and demanded money from a bank employee.

The robber then made a clean getaway with no shots fired and no injuries.

According to the FBI, it is too early in the investigation to link this robber with other recent bank robberies in the area.

The amount of money stolen will not be released at this time.
