Authorities are searching for a suspected bank robber who stole money from a BB&T Bank in Tamarac.
The BB&T robbery took place at 9:43 a.m. on Friday at 8201 N. University Drive, according to authorities.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation released photos of the suspect, who was wearing a gray sweatshirt, basketball shorts, blue sneakers and a black cap with a white emblem. The suspect allegedly demanded cash from an employee at the BB&T bank, according to authorities.
It is currently unknown how much money was stolen.
The FBI urges anyone with information about the suspect to call 754-703-2000 or Crimestoppers.
