FDLE Issues Missing Child Alert for 2 Girls in Panama City

A missing child alert was issued late Thursday for two young girls in Panama City.

Armari Briggs, 3, and Zhi Moss, 6 months, were last seen Tuesday, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said.

Both kids may be in the company of 34-year-old James Moss, who has dreadlocks that are dyed red and tattoos on his inner left forearm and left side of his neck, the FDLE said.

Moss is known to have anti-government beliefs, the FDLE said.

Briggs, who was last seen wearing a white short and orange skirt, may be in need of medical care, the FDLE said.
