The family of a two year old girl found dead inside a van at her Delray Beach daycare center is still waiting for an apology from facility.

Police are still investigating the death of little Haile Brockington, found in a passenger van last Thursday outside Katie's Kids Learning Center after apparently being forgotten for nearly six hours.

Grandmother Cathy Hamilton said the family has heard nothing from the owners of Katie's Kids.

"It makes me angry. It's sad, no consideration...you would think that you could at least say I'm sorry," Hamilton told WPTV. "It's a lot. It's sad, it's really sad for me."

Katie's Kids was closed Friday and Monday as the investigation into Brockington's death continues.

Meanwhile Hamilton said the family is still trying to plan the toddler's funeral and find a suitable church, which is proving to be difficult.

"The church that we thought would be okay, they are not okay so we have to keep looking until we find a church," she said.

The funeral is expected to be Friday morning.
