A woman was killed and another was hospitalized in a rollover crash on the Sawgrass Expressway in Broward County Monday morning.
The major incident occurred in the southbound lanes of the Expressway near Atlantic Boulevard around 6:22 a.m. when a Hyundai Tucson and Honda Accord collided, a Florida Highway Patrol report said.
Images from Chopper 6 showed two vehicles severely damaged with debris littered throughout the highway.
FHP officials said 38-year-old Erika Sensebe, of Weston, was killed in the crash. Another driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
