Flo Rida Back At AAA for Finals

South Florida rapper was at his familiar spot courtside as well as in Heat guard Norris Cole's pregame playlist

Flo Rida was sitting courtside again for the first game of the NBA Finals in Miami Thursday night, and his music could be heard throughout the AmericanAirlines Arena, even in the Miami Heat's locker room.

Before Game 1 on Thursday, Miami backup center Chris "Birdman" Andersen was singing along to Flo Rida's latest single "Tell Me When You Ready," which was playing on point guard Norris Cole's phone.

Cole told SouthFlorida.com that the rapper from Carol City is often included in his pre-game playlists.

The song features the lyric, "Tattooed angels, ain't gotta worry 'bout a thing," an apt line for the heavily-inked Birdman.

Flo Rida received a little more attention than usual earlier this week, when his manager, Freezy, was ejected from Game 7 of the conference finals for taunting the Indiana Pacers' bench from their floor seats (which were directly behind the visitors' bench).

The incident occurred just after an altercation between Cole and Pacers reserve Jeff Pendergraph late in the game. Both players were ejected, and Freezy harassed the Pacers while they huddled at their bench.

Flo Rida discussed the incident on ESPN's First Take Thursday morning (watch video of his appearance below).

"Tell Me When You Ready" was also played on the arena's PA system during the Heat's warm-up. Mike Miller was mouthing the words to the song while shooting from the corner-three spot.

Besides Flo Rida, other celebrities at Game 1 included pro golfer Rory McIlroy, Dolphins legend Dan Marino, and Grey's Anatomy star Jesse Williams.
