A Key Largo man was arrested after he kicked a 5-year-old boy who allegedly threw a rock at him, officials said.
The boy’s mother walked outside their house Sunday and discovered her son curled up on the ground. Marvin Price, 38, was yelling at the boy and kicking him, authorities said.
Price told the boy’s mother that the boy threw a rock at him and that it hit his head.
Officials found Price, who said he needed medical attention because the boy knocked out an eye and all of his teeth, at a nearby plaza.
He is being charged with aggravated child abuse.
