A man from Florida was hospitalized after getting bit by a shark while snorkeling in the Bahamas.
Police officials in the Bahamas said the 32-year-old tourist from Fort Lauderdale was aboard a 41-foot Bahama Craft with two other Americans off Nippers Beach, Guana Cay, when he was bit.
The man, whose identity was not released by police, was treated at a local clinic and then airlifted to New Providence for further treatment.
