Ford Motor Company is issuing a recall of over 88,000 vehicles after fears that the engines can stall without warning thanks to a fuel pump issue.
The recall is for select Ford brand wagons, Taurus vehicles and sedans as well as certain sedans and SUV’s made under the Lincoln name.
Ford said that the fuel pumps controls in the select vehicles can fail, stalling the engine and in some cases keeping it from even starting.
To find out if yours is one of the vehicles on the recall list, you can check on the website for either Ford's Safety Recalls or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
